Warframe acrid - 11.3.0 should have fixed whatever issues Acrid was having: Fixed projectile embedded damage and radial damage not being affected by damage mods. I didn't use it much 11.0.0 to 11.3.0, but I just tested it now, and it seems to be working well.

What they have on the acrid is fully automatic firing, so ROF is unaffected by the framerate/firerate bug.
